What precautions are you taking in light of the COVID-19 national emergency? (policies reviewed periodically as and when our industry guidelines change)
As a professional therapist I always worked to a high standard. Cleaning was always done between clients this included washing areas, door handles and high traffic touch areas such as the desk and chairs. I always disinfected my stainless steel tools in Barbicide,
I use a glass bead steriliser and also a UV cabinet. So your manicure/pedicure/tweezers/scissors etc are all totally sterile. I always have a wash area for clients to use the bathroom and wash their hands, I have always used one towel per person use in the bathroom. In my room and bathroom has always been 70% alcohol hand sanitiser. All soft furnishings used on the treatment table – towels, pillows and blankets are always washed after each use per person.
What will change will be 1) The invitation to wash and sanitise your hands when you arrive and be wearing a mask or face covering 2) Covid-19 health screening plus non contact temperature checks 3) I will be in full ppe – apron, gloves, shield and mask. You will be required to attend wearing a mask.
I wont be seeing as many customers throughout the day as I will need longer in between to prevent cross overs between customers. I will need longer in between to do a thorough deep clean.
No samples will be available for any facial or massage products.
If you bring cash please bring the correct money. Cash will be placed by you into an envelope. OR payment via bank transfer the day before your appointment.
I have also trained in Covid-19 infection prevention and control.
How do I book?
Either email me or call during office hours, I will take a contact number and address details and run through some of the consultation over the phone prior to booking depending on the treatment you require. This way I can assess which treatment is best for you. Plus its good to talk!

My working area is spacious and comfortable and most of all inviting and relaxing. My therapy room is fresh, clean and the atmosphere is conducive to a positive, relaxing and beneficial experience. I am proud of the atmosphere I have created to help you relax and enjoy a bit of you time!

I have never had a massage or a healing therapy before and I am a bit nervous.
That’s perfectly normal and to be expected. Keep in your mind the benefits you will feel during and after the therapy. I treat people daily who are feeling nervous but after a few minutes of meeting me you will be totally at ease. I am a professional therapist and treat men and women of all shapes and sizes with different ailments etc. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in my centre, you will be welcomed.
How do I pay for my treatment?
You can pay cash on the day, Please note I do not take cards or cheque payments at the moment. If you need a double booking or you require a shrinking violet wrap or hypnotherapy then a non refundable deposit is taken via paypal at the time of booking.
All massages and treatments are therapeutic and are non sexual. Please do not ask for anything which is not listed on this website. I do not associate or have any involvement with any other business that is not listed on this site. We are well qualified practitioners in massage and beauty and healers and as such please respect our professional boundaries. Telephone calls or emails enquiring about anything of a sexual nature have been and will be reported to the police without hesitation..
Our cancellation policy is clear. Notice to cancel any treatment is 48 hours or more. Less than 48 hours and the treatment fee is payable. This fee must be paid before another appointment slot is given to reschedule the cancelled treatment, in addition the future treatment must be paid for in advance. If the cancelled appointment was to use gift vouchers then those gift vouchers are now Null and void. Please take a look at our terms and conditions prior to booking. Thank you.
